The Lancaster Festival relies heavily on community support, and tables in the front rows are reserved for long-time ticket buyers who have purchased a full ten seat table for both Saturday concerts for many years. 99% of these reservations are renewed each year.
Early orders will be processed in the order in which they are received, so you will get the best seats possible by ordering quickly.
There are ten seats at each table, and you may purchase as many seats as you need - 1, 2, ... through 10. If you purchase less than ten, it is possible that other ticket buyers will also be seated at the same table, depending on the demand for that particular concert.
There are no children's or student tickets for table seats. All seats are one price at the table.
Folding chairs are provided at the tables, and you MAY NOT bring your own chairs.
Any individual with special needs may call the ticket office to have alternate seating approved.
Each table will be covered with a light-weight plastic cloth. Many patrons bring their own additional table cloths and other decorations. Decorating themes will be announced at a later date, and information will be sent out with your tickets.
You MAY bring your own food and drink, and many patrons pack elaborate picnics. You may also purchase limited food and drink on site. You may also pre-arrange to purchase catered picnics from several local companies who will be on-site. Information will be sent out with your tickets
